Everyone has something that makes him/her unique, likewise a teacher. Because what? Teacher juga manusiaaaaa.... hehehe (serius banget J)
But, as a teacher we also must know how an effective teacher or an ineffective teacher is.
So, there are some characteristic of an effective teacher
· Well prepared (well lesson plan)
· Creative (something like using variety of teaching methods)
· Objective (clear and can be responsibility)
· Good personality
· Reflective practitioners
· Understand with students
What about the some characteristics of an ineffective teacher? Bad prepared or without prepared
· Monoton intonation, so make students bored
· Bad personality
· Subjective
· Using corporal punishment and bullying
· Egoistic
